Notice for TV material arrivals at Adstream.

To ensure prompt QC of TVCs, please observe the following (AEST Daylight Saving) time frames:

For Australian admail, files for overnight services should be fully uploaded by 8pm Mon-Thurs.
On Fridays, files are to be uploaded by 5pm for FTA stations (note for pay TV, Foxtel requires delivery by 3pm, and Movie Network by 5pm).

New Zealand stations now require 16:9 aspect ratio and files should be uploaded at Adstream no later than 2pm Mon-Fri.

Please note the above dates in your despatch schedule. TV and Radio broadcasters in the relevant states require bookings to be posted by 5pm the preceding Thursday for material airplay on the public holiday Monday and Tuesday am. All broadcast files for Friday overnight delivery will need to be received at Adstream by 3pm on the Friday to ensure processing by broadcasters on Friday/Saturday. Thank you

Adstream Maintenance Upgrade  Feburary 17-18 2007

The Good News
Due to continued growth and the expansion of our services, we will be upgrading our power
We will also be releasing some minor system enhancements that will help us provide a smoother and faster service.

The Not so Good News
The adstream site will be unavailable during certain times on this coming weekend.  This should be specifically 2pm-6pm on Saturday 17th and 6am to 10am on Sunday 18th.

Please note that station delivery deadlines are altered for the Anzac Day public holiday, and adstream offices will be closed on Friday 25th April 2008. Radio material for on air dates Fri 25th through to Mon 28th should arrive at adstream by midday on Thurs 24th to ensure timely delivery.
